Based on the latest data and the reflections of market experts within the European Commission, the short-term outlook is updated throughout the year.
Short-term outlook
Balance sheets of EU agricultural markets provide data on production, trade, consumption and stocks (where applicable),
expressed in volume terms. They include historical data as reported to Eurostat or via Member States notifications, as well as estimates or forecasts for upcoming years.
Balance sheets are visualised in tables and graphs.

The short-term outlook balance sheets for fruits and vegetables consisting of Peaches and Nectarines, Apples, Oranges, Tomatoes, Olive Oil and Table Olives and Wine are only updated until Summer 2025.

Milk and dairy products
